Why are some extra services not available in the guest portal?

Some extra services are not visible in the Guest Portal from the day of check-in because, at our Mamaco properties, there is no staff available 24 hours a day, only the housekeeping team in the morning.

To ensure you have the best possible experience, we recommend requesting these services in advance. By doing so, we can organize them perfectly for you and make your stay even more enjoyable! πŸ˜‰
