If necessary, we can arrange shipping to return the item, but please note that there may be additional costs for shipping. Be sure to provide all the details so we can act quickly! :)

If you forget an item in your room and don't report it to us, we will keep it for 4 months from the date of your check-out. After this period, if the item is not claimed, we will donate it to charity.
