Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected at the time of booking and on the platform used (mamacostays.com, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
Our rates fall into two categories:
Non-refundable rate
It does not allow free cancellation. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.
Flexible rate
Allows free cancellation within the timeframe indicated at the time of booking. After that, the amount becomes non-refundable.
We always recommend checking your rate conditions before confirming, so you can choose the option that best fits your plans.
