Note: This guide refers exclusively to the coffee machine installed at
Mamaco Foggia Centro, Rome, and Trani.

1. Fill the Water Tank #
- Remove the water tank from the machine.
- Fill it with fresh water.
- Insert it back into its position.
2. Turn On the Machine #
- Plug the machine into a power outlet.
- Press the first button for 2 seconds.
The light will start blinking while the machine heats up. Once the light becomes steady, the machine is ready to use.
3. Prepare the Machine #
- Use the illy capsules provided in the room.
- Lift the lever slowly until it stops.
- Insert the capsule into the compartment.
- Close the lever completely.
4. Make an Espresso #
- Lower the cup grid and place a small cup under the spout.
- Press the first button. The machine will stop automatically.
To remove the used capsule:
- Lift the lever slowly — the capsule will drop into the internal container.
- If not ejected, lift the lever again.
5. Make an Americano #
- Raise the cup grid and place a larger cup under the spout.
- Press the second button. The machine will stop automatically.
To remove the used capsule:
- Lift the lever slowly — the capsule will drop into the internal container.
- If not ejected, lift the lever again.
