The way you request an invoice depends on the platform you used to make your booking.
If you booked on mamacostays.com #
You can enter your billing details during the booking process or while completing the online check-in. Please make sure all required billing fields are filled in correctly.
If you booked through a partner (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) #
In this case, the invoice can be requested only during the online check-in, using the dedicated billing form.
Important:
Billing details must be entered exclusively in the billing form. We cannot accept billing information sent via chat, WhatsApp, email, or written in the booking notes.
If you do not request an invoice, you will automatically receive a fiscal receipt via email at check-out.
