You can access your room using your smartphone. No physical keys, no intercom and no access codes needed.
After completing online check-in, you’ll receive your personal virtual key by email. It’s linked to your booking and can only be used by you.
One single key opens all the doors you need: the building entrance, the apartment door (where applicable) and your room door.
To enter, open the link on your smartphone, keep your screen unlocked and tap the button when you are in front of the door. The smart lock will open automatically.
Your key remains active until 10:30 on the day of departure. You can request a late check-out directly through the Guest Portal.
