You can purchase extra services (e.g. late check-out, romantic setup, upgrades, etc.) at 3 different times. We recommend doing it as soon as possible: this way you’ll find more availability and we can organize everything at our best.
⏰ Important: some extras (e.g. wine, flowers, romantic setup and similar) can be purchased only at least 24 hours before your arrival.
1) During the booking (website) #
When booking from our website, you can add extra services directly during the booking process at a special discounted price.

2) During online check-in #
After booking, you’ll receive a link via email or in the confirmation message: from there you can complete online check-in and add extra services.
From here you can add extra services up to 1 day before your arrival.

3) From the virtual keys link (\”Services\” section) #
You can also purchase extras from the virtual keys link:
- open the Services section
- you’ll find it at the bottom right
From here, services are always visible.

This usually happens for one of these reasons:
- the extra is not available for your dates
- it is sold out
- there are less than 24 hours before arrival (for some extras like wine/flowers)
