Virtual keys are only sent after completing the online check-in. You will receive them via email 60 minutes after completing the online check-in and again on the day of your arrival.
If more than 60 minutes have passed and you still haven't received them, please check that:
The email address entered in the Guest Portal is correct.
The online check-in has been successfully completed.
The email hasn’t landed in your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
